My name is Roshan Rajkumar Sivakumar, and I hold an MBA with a focus on Lean Operations and Systems. I have a strong passion for-driven problem-solving and marketing innovation. During my MBA, I gained practical experience in digital marketing by creating and executing campaigns for a multi-branch restaurant, which included social media strategies, Google Ads, and trend analysis, leading to growth in engagement and reach. As a member of the Pioneer Club I enhanced my teamwork and leadership abilities various collaborative projects and campus initiatives. Currently, I am pursuing my MS in Decision Analytics at Virginia Commonwealth University, where am developing my skills in data management, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
