Theatre Workshop – June 30, 2024

On June 30, 2024, I attended a Theatre Workshop as part of my MBA at Christ University, which became one of my most rewarding experiences. Initially unsure about the relevance of theatre to my focus on data and business strategy, I enjoyed improvisation games that encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone. I connected with peers in new ways and left with enhanced communication skills, a deeper appreciation for teamwork, and a reminder that creativity and emotional presence are essential in leadership.

Joining the Pioneer Club

On July 6, 2024, I joined Christ University’s Pioneer Club, marking a pivotal moment in my MBA journey. Our first meeting took place on the basketball court, creating a relaxed atmosphere filled with laughter and team-building activities. The energy fostered a sense of focused on collaboration and leadership. I left with new connections, ideas, and a feeling of belonging, into a space that promotes growth and teamwork beyond the classroom.

OBT (Outbound Training)
July 12 & 13, 2024

The OBT at Christ University’s School of Business & Management on July 12 and 13, 2024, pushed our boundaries and built trust beyond the classroom. The training focused on teamwork, leadership, and adaptability, transforming into a profound experience for me. Through trust-building exercises and challenging tasks, I improved my communication, adaptability, and appreciation for my teammates' strengths. Ultimately, the bond we formed and the confidence I gained in my leadership abilities made this training a pivotal experience in my approach to teamwork and problem.

 Back to School – July 19, 2024

Christ University’s School of Business Management hosted a “Back to School event on July 19, 2024, in the Main Auditorium at Bangalore Central Campus. The event welcomed MBA back to campus, featuring formal speeches from faculty and student representatives to energize the start the new term. On a personal note, the day was special for me as it was my birthday. I enjoyed reconnecting with classmates, meeting faculty, and receiving warm birthday wishes from the community, which added a personal touch to the excitement of returning to campus life. This event showcased the strong spirit at Christ University, emphasizing the nurturing environment for learning and companionship.

Curtain Raiser – August 12, 2024

On August 12, 2024, the Pioneer Club embraced us during its flagship event, the Curtain Raiser. Receiving my club badge filled me with pride, as it signified my entrance into a vibrant community of aspiring leaders and innovators. The atmosphere was charged with excitement as we discovered upcoming initiatives and the club’s vision. To me, the badge represented a sense of belonging, purpose, and the beginning of an exhilarating journey beyond the classroom.

Chrizellenz – August 30–31, 2024

Participating in the Chrizellenz Business Analytics Competition at University was an exhilarating experience. Over two challenging days, we worked real-world datasets, transforming numbers into actionable strategies and presenting our findings industry professionals. Securing 3rd place was immensely, affirming my developing skills in data-driven problem-solving. Beyond the award, the competition instilled in me resilience, the ability to maintain clarity pressure, and the thrill of bringing analytics to life.

Bhasha Utsav – September 14, 2024

On September 14, 2024, Christ University buzzed with Bhasha Uav, celebrating languages and cultures. The campus was vibrant with students in ethnic attire, lively music, and folk performances. To me, it was a celebration of diversity and belonging. Walking among friends and enjoying the parade made me feel part of a community that values every culture beyond academics.

Bhandan Village Visit:September 26, 2024

On September 26 2024, through Christ University’s Centre for Social Action (CSA), we participated in a visit to Bhandan Village in Hote. This day focused on recognizing our responsibilities beyond academics—engaging with communities, understanding their challenges, and contributing in small yet meaningful ways. visited a government, interacted with the children, and distributed books, school bags, and chocolates. Their joy highlighted the profound impact of simple acts of kindness. This experience was than just a field trip; it was a revelation about service, gratitude, and the difference we can make by stepping outside the classroom.
