At just 10 years old, driven by extreme poverty, Sivakumar Rajendran was forced to sacrifice his childhood and education to keep his family afloat. Enduring grueling labor, abuses, and sleepless nights, he took on every possible job to support his mother and siblings. At age 13, he entered the commercial bus body industry as a mere helper. He stripped away his own happiness to master the trade, driven by a singular, burning vision: to build a home for his mother and secure a future for his bloodline.

Through sheer, relentless willpower, he defied the odds. At just 17 years old, forged in steel and determination, he founded Sri Jai Engineering.

The legacy reached its true zenith when his wife, Meenakshi Venkatachalam, entered his life. A powerhouse in her own right, she catalyzed the group's massive expansion. Ensuring that no child would ever have to sacrifice their education the way her husband did, she spearheaded the creation of the Dhanam Educational Trust and Sri Prabanjam Junior School. Taking the helm of heavy industry, Meenakshi became the driving proprietor behind Sri Jai Chakraa Motors and RR HEVIREX.

Through decades of grueling hard work, their partnership transformed a history of bitter struggle into a legacy rich in happiness, profound collaboration, and unbreakable family unity.
