Transparent Data Processing Notice

Before a single keystroke is processed on this domain, we inform our visitors in plain language:

  • Data Categories Collected: We collect only the information you voluntarily submit via our Minimalist Contact Form: your Name, your Email Address, and your Inquiry Brief. We do not collect phone numbers, company sizes, physical addresses, biometric data, or financial credentials.

02. The Absolute Consent Checkbox (DPDP Act Sec 6)

Unbundled & Explicit Consent

Under India's DPDP Act, pre-ticked consent boxes or implied consent are strictly forbidden. On our contact channels:

[ ] Standalone Consent Specification:

"I agree to let Roshan R. Sivakumar use my email to contact me regarding my inquiry. I understand submissions are purged after 90 days and I can withdraw consent at any time via roshanrsivakumar@gmail.com."

This consent is never bundled into general website terms, and you may easily revoke it at any point.

03. Data Minimalist Contact Forms & 90-Day Auto-Purge (DPDP Act Sec 8)

Data Minimization & Auto-Delete Lifecycle

We adhere strictly to the principle of Data Minimization. We do not hoard data forever:

  • Trim the Fat: Our contact form requests solely a name and an email address. No unnecessary personal identifiers are requested.
  • 90-Day Auto-Purge Policy: If a project inquiry does not mature into an active engagement, that data is permanently purged from our email servers after a maximum period of 90 days.
04. Cookieless & Privacy-First Architecture (DPDP Act Sec 6)

Cookieless Analytics & Script Gating

Standard analytics platforms track IP addresses and persistent cross-site identifiers by default. We take an uncompromising privacy-first route:

  • Cookieless Metrics: Our core site telemetry is cookieless and anonymous, requiring no intrusive tracking cookies and retaining zero personal identifiers.
  • Third-Party Script Blocking: Advertising scripts (such as Google AdSense) are strictly blocked from loading until a visitor opens our DPDP Consent Hub and explicitly clicks "Accept".
